Emergency First Response (EFR) First Aid & CPR Course training focuses on building confidence in lay rescuers. This increases their willingness to respond when faced with a medical emergency. Course participants learn simple to follow steps for providing emergency care. They also practise applying skills in a nonstressful learning environment. All courses are supported by self-study manuals, videos, and quick reference cards to enhance learning and allow you to start learning right away.
EFR courses meet the CPR and first aid training requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course and all professional-level ratings.

Anyone of any age may enrol in this course.
To complete the academic studies, we estimate 4 – 6 hours of independent study.
To complete the skill development portion of this course, we estimate 6 – 8 hours.
All required equipment for the completion of this course is supplied by ABC Diving.
The total, fully inclusive cost of the Emergency First Response First Aid & CPR Course starts at €180.00 with our ‘Standard’ option. Our ‘Bespoke’ option is €430.00.
